Overview
Ross Campbell joined Coast Law Group in 2004 as part of the firm’s founding team. Ross specializes in business litigation, with over 14 years of experience practicing in both the state and federal courts. He represents clients in a wide range of commercial matters, including the prosecution and defense of claims for breach of contract, fraud, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional interference, and other business torts. Ross has litigated in federal courts throughout the state and in numerous district courts across the country. His practice spans broad areas of litigation, ranging from negligence to complex federal RICO claims.
Ross has been a member of the California Bar since 2004 and is admitted to practice in each of the United States District Courts in California (Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts).
A native of Southern California, Ross received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2000, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law (USD) in 2004. While at USD, he received an academic scholarship, graduated cum laude, and was a member of the San Diego Law Review. As a student, Ross published The Bajagua Project: Finding a Solution to the San Diego-Tijuana Sewage Crisis, 40 San Diego L. Rev. 1039 (2003). As an avid surfer with a commitment to clean water, Ross has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to protecting California’s coastal waters and resources. Ross became a Partner at Coast Law Group in 2010.
