Hired Law firm 2025-2026In a hostile court environment where the judge had an obvious predisposition, David Milligan’s trial skills have given me hope. My trial is not over, but the skill shown by David Milligan in exposing the inconsistencies and speculative nature of the alleged “evidence” utilized to form the officers opinions and conclusions, thereby initiating these proceedings, was exceptional.
