Hired Law firm 2019-2020Roma couldn’t be more backwards when it comes to an attorney who is supposedly held to an ethical standard as a person who “fights for justice”. She has no respect for the law and has backdoor deals up her sleeve more than you can imagine… just to win a case. The level of misogyny coming from another woman is incredible. If anyone has anything to say about the patriarchy please add Patricia Roma on the list of complaints. She knows people all over half moon bay that she grew up with that seem to owe her “favors”. She would throw her own mother under the bus just to win a case. If there were hypothetically a Satanic witch coven of half Moon Bay she would be the high priestess. It’s interesting to see someone in family law being so anti-family and further abuse in abusive situations.

Consulted Law firm 2019Currently dealing with a separation and child custody situation. The ex butt dialed me while meeting with his attorney, Patricia Roma who I heard literally instructing him to try to provoke me to hit him to try and help his case (because he has no case to accomplish his goal of preventing me from leaving town). Patricia Roma's advice in a losing situation is to manufacture domestic violence. Unbelievable. Filing a complaint with the bar association. This woman plays beyond dirty. She apparently has no ethical problem playing criminal mastermind - advising a client to try to manufacture a crime. She has no business advising anyone going to family court as she appears determined to win at the expense of reality or consequence of her advice on women and children.
