Consulted Law firm 2021INTENT TO PURSUE LAWSUIT NEGLECT AND DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS again to live ride on SamTran buses after heart surgery and heart complications I was forced to live in the cold weather night air misty cause heavy coughing mucus in my lungs because I never enter the motel voucher program on Thursday December 23,2021 like it was said to Sequoia hospital social worker Ashley. I called on December 22,2021 to find out information for Thursday arrangements. No one responded. Or the woman with Bill Wilson said. She didn't know what program I was talking about. Ashley the Sequoia hospital social worker. Told me. I was approved for the motel voucher program because or the risk with my Cardiac heart problem. By Thursday the program would work me in. I called Brandon voicemail message. Left a message. No response. It's like a racist discrimination game with my life in Redwood City California. Instead of making sure I got rest from SVT surgery two weeks ago. I was force out of shelter at 7:00 A.M. in cold morning weather in a wheelchair. Sometimes the bus in certain shelter church area would come until 10:00 A.M. in the morning. Three hours in cold freezing rain weather after heart procedure. I'm getting sicker outside and in these shelters. I was given a section 8 Voucher by San Mateo Housing Authority caseworker. He referral me to Abode Service it's been three months for them to have assist me to find permanent housing with the section 8 Voucher. No of the housing specialist found one apartment or one apartment application discussed with me. Only shelter even after knowing my medical condition. Even after cardio doctor wrote a medical letter it was good for me to be outside or shelter due to the high risk. This seriously got overlooked force to ride the bus 296 at 11:30 P.M. sitting up in my wheelchair with arthritis in my right knee area. I shown informed Abode Life Moves also my need for permanent housing. Medical records back me up. In their professional mind living in shelter with people who have TB is the best solution for me. While under their service as a client or watch me ride the bus with the rest of the homeless people. You can watch me on several buses forced to live on a bus at night instead of stable sound safe permanent housing for a heart patient, CNA and Certified Paralegal.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
