Joshua Allton is a Senior Trial Attorney at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, specializing in personal injury litigation. Joshua has been licensed in California since December 2017 and has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of practice areas including construction defect, subrogation, insurance personal injury defense, lemon law, habitability, catastrophic bodily injury, and wrongful death. Joshua’s previous experience includes representing one of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world and regularly being retained by a number of insurance companies to defend their insureds in high-exposure bodily injury claims. Joshua’s experience as a former civil defense attorney gives him a unique perspective of experiencing firsthand how insurance companies consistently undervalue bodily injury claims for the sole purpose of increasing their profit margin. Joshua’s experience allows him to anticipate and counter defense tactics throughout litigation and trial.

Prior to and during law school, Joshua was a clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in Long Beach where he attended multiple jury trials and was instrumental in their preparation. His experience included working on cases involving homicide, sexual assault, and criminal acts against children.

Joshua also has an extensive background in performing arts and public speaking. He is an experienced musical theater performer and spent ten years as an Emcee being hired to engage with the public in a variety of personal and corporate events. Joshua brings skills acquired in public speaking and theater to the courtroom with the purpose of delivering maximum results for his clients.
