Consulted Attorney 2019Her license was suspended 7-1-2008/She will lie to a judge and screw anyone for her benefit. To say that Jill is the devil is an understatement. She is vindictive, evil and will commit perjury in court to a judge at any time if she feels like it. She is attempting to sue two of my companies for trademark infringement. The funny thing is that this bitch actually added and filed on 4 of my other companies that not only are spelled completely different, but are in different industries all together. She then splattered anything she can all over the internet in the attempt to discredit me and my companies. She has now crossed the line by actually defaming me and my companies by posting lies and misrepresenting what she really has. She is one of the most disgusting people I have had to deal with in my life. She will not win or even get the best of me because she has no idea who she is dealing with. She has shown her weaknesses through her idiotic decisions as she make mentally unstable emotional decisions. In my opinion, She is an idiot.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
