Mark J. Werksman is not just a disgrace to the legal profession—he is a corrupt, compromised operative who has sold out his own clients in favor of deep-state interests. He is not a defense attorney; he is an infiltrator working from within to ensure wrongful convictions, sabotage fair trials, and manipulate the legal system for his own benefit. This is a man who was entrusted with a defense but worked for the prosecution. A man who was supposed to uphold justice but instead became an active agent in a Black Bag Job—helping cover up a botched FISA investigation with lies, manipulation, and legal betrayal. 🔥 Mark J. Werksman is not just incompetent—he is an ENEMY to the United States. 🔥 He does not defend the Constitution—he aids in its destruction. 🔥 He does not serve justice—he serves those who abuse it. A Lawyer Who Betrays His Clients and His Country Instead of advocating for the truth, Werksman ensured a rigged outcome. He deliberately: • Sabotaged the defense to protect a corrupt prosecution. • Enabled the cover-up of fabricated evidence. • Helped conceal deep-state misconduct under the guise of “legal strategy.” This is not incompetence. This is treachery. A Shameful Career of Selling Out the Innocent How many other clients has Werksman sold out? How many innocent people have suffered because of his willingness to bow to the system instead of fight it? How many more wrongful convictions is he responsible for? 🚨 Mark J. Werksman is proof that the legal system is NOT about justice—it’s about control. And he is nothing more than a tool for that control. A Warning to the American People If you or anyone you know is ever unfortunate enough to be assigned this man as an attorney, RUN. You are safer representing yourself than allowing Mark J. Werksman to act as your “defender.” He is not on your side. This man is a fraud. A liar. A government pawn. A disgrace to the law and a danger to justice. 🚨Mark J. Werksman is not just a corrupt lawyer—he is a national security threat. And history will remember him as such.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
