Hired Attorney 2023Dear mr Michael since you abandoned the case, assigned our company and our money to people we don’t even know. We are about to have a big problem here. Since there was not feedback from you on multiple occasion on the matter on Black and Brown Capital we have no other option but to start litigation. On our question as why is there some random guy in our company and why is company assigned to another address you told us you didn’t do enough research on Black and Brown Capital. So I guess it’s ok if you make a little mistake and accidentally forget $100 M commitment and by accident assign it to people who don’t even own the company ? state bar of California is very interested in this matter, especially since they know you are dealing with debs however you committed to utilise trasanxtion which has nothing to do with debts. We asked you who is Leonard and why is company at Ralph’s address we got no answer but that you were not informed ! You as an attorney who is dealing with $100M commitment CAN NOT NOT BE INFORMED ! You got company documents and TAX iD number and all of them Pointing to me Fernando Green however you committed money to Leonard and Ralph. Are attorneys have already filed the report with all the necessary documents to the state bar of California for possible theft and case abandonment! Since you were so disrespectful and didn’t pick up the phone we had no other option! Since I am definitely not going to chase you around your office I have faith in this country and it’s legal system so let the games begin.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
