Over the past few years, they helped my family create a iron clad Trust, Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care directives for my parents. Verified ClientHired Attorney 2014The Law Offices of Paul R. Hammons handled my case as I was a Trustee of a trust. I was being sued on multiple counts as a Trustee of the Trust The litigation would have wiped out all of the Assets of the trust which was mainly a Family Residence. Attorney Hammons was able to save the Real Property and also won on all of the Counts and got the case involuntarily dismissed after years of litigation. The case was appealed by our adversaries but Attorney Hammons also handled the appeal and won on appeal the Appellate court and also prevailed at the California State Supreme Court. After the case was over he was successful at removing the Lis Pendens which was placed on the property. Attorney Hammons efforts gave the Trust the ability to sale the Real Property and distribute proceeds to the Beneficiaries. I would recommend this Office to Handle any Civil or Probate Litigation matters.
