The MOST IMPORTANT: HE DOESN'T USE A CLIENT AS A SOURCE OF RESIDUAL INCOME. HE DOES NOT CHARGE FOR CALLS. HE DOES NOT CREATE USELESS DOCUMENTS TO CHARGE THE CLIENT ( unlike some other attorneys do).
