The lady involved in the accident had fractured an arm which had me subject to 6 or so years incarcerated. The DA's were strongly arguing for a lengthy prison sentence in which became a very looming situation. When you're facing a conviction such as this, and you're looking for a lawyer who is confident and well respected go to Kenny. His demeanor and active communication give you a sense of relief. Here, you will be the best represented and you'll know from the start. After nearly two years he was able to get my 6 years in state prison dropped from 6 years, to 5 years probation in which could come to an end in three years; as well as having my fines significantly reduced.
