Parisa Fishback is the founder and principal attorney at Fishback Law Corp, a bankruptcy attorney in Orange County and throughout Southern California, helping individuals and businesses find effective debt relief through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Ms. Fishback is a graduate of Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, where she was a two-time recipient of the CALI award, and participant in Moot Court and the Appellate Law Clinic. She is also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. While in law school, Ms. Fishback studied under the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, Professor and current Bankruptcy Judge in the Central District of California.
Ms. Fishback's career as a bankruptcy attorney in Orange County began with an extern clerkship to the Honorable John E. Ryan, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, from which she learned the perspective of the court and judge in bankruptcy law matters. She later joined Pite Duncan, LLP, one of the largest creditor's law firms in the nation, from which she learned bankruptcy law from the perspective of the creditor.
As a bankruptcy attorney in Irvine representing debtors, she has helped save hundreds of homes from foreclosure and assisted individuals and businesses alike in finding relief from overwhelming debt and the harassment of creditors.
Through her practice, Ms. Fishback has developed vital relationships with the judges, courts, trustees and other bankruptcy attorneys, which ultimately serves to enhance the representation she is able to provide her clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
As a bankruptcy lawyer in Orange County, Ms. Fishback is dedicated to the advancement of her profession and the commitment of Irvine bankruptcy attorneys to people in the community and through Southern California. She is a former member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association (CDCBAA) and serves as a Board Member of Pro Bono Council and as a speaker for Public Counsel.
She is also fluent in Farsi and can assist in cases where clients or creditors speak Farsi as their primary language.
