Verified ClientHired Attorney 2017I hired Joseph Torri to represent me for my dissolution of marriage as they call it in California. My divorce was complicated since my ex spouse challenged custody, visitation, alimony or spousal support as they call it in California. She also wanted child support. Mr. Torri provided strong representation, and he obtained fair orders after hearings where my ex and her lawyer tried to obtain a lot more than they got. The communication with Mr. Torri is what I needed. I highly recommend the fully-retained option because limited scope would not work with all the issues on my case. Mr. Torri is highly recommended!

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2017I hired Joseph Torri because I was just having a hard time with my divorce. His fees are reasonable since I don't have to hire him to do everything. He ended up settling everything in court after he showed up and told the judge my position. The judge thought it was reasonable and that what the opposing party was unreasonable. The divorce was able to be settled smoothly after that. He wrote up the agreement at court and I am very happy. My ex thought I could be taken advantage of, but Joseph Torri protected my rights. Custody, alimony and child support with property complications is tough enough. Definitely hire a lawyer and definitely consider Joseph Torri!!!

Mr. Torri is a very knowledgeable family law lawyer and represented me well. He communicates well and was a good public speaker. His fees are very affordable and actually gave me a chance to have a lawyer. I'm working hard to earn a living and Mr. Torri's fees were fair. I tried going to court on my own, but the judge seemed disinterested in what I had to say. I knew I needed a lawyer because having legal documents prepared is only half the battle. I understand lawyers need to earn a living, however, I believe $5,000 should get you at least a court date. I felt desperate because money is tight, but Joseph was the answer to my prayers, and his services are affordable. His team is awesome, and I feel a bond with them. He went to court at an affordable rate, and worked out custody, support and got us divorced. I was also afraid of public speaking and he did a lot. I am so going to refer them business.
