I had two horrible experiences with the phone assistant/intake person named Kendall for Mr. Reed. Kendall hung up on me when I first called Mr. Reed office, after another attorney recommended him. I was asking her questions and she did not appreciate my questions and responses. If you don't understand something, she assumes your are against her. She told me outright, "you know, you don't have to use our service” and hung up on me. Why did I overlooked her remarks and and behavior and scheduled the intake? I can't believe how I was mistreated again by Mr. Reed's intake person named Kendall. This is the second time she hung up on me. Today during the intake she said she needed some information but started asking for all of personal information: all my alias names, DOB, address, email and phone. I questioned this sonce I had not spoken to the attorney nor my case was accepted . She said if I didn't give this info, she would put refused and it would prevent Jurisdiction being determined by the attorney. She said I had to give my email. While I was thinking, she then came out the bag. "It seems you are not comfortable with the Intake questions and I don't like the way you are speaking to me, so I am going to hang up now." But instead I hung up before she did. I called back to request she delete my information but she would not listen. She repeated herself saying she did not have to take this and hung up on me again. Kendall’s disposition is terrible. How many have she treated this way? She can rest assured I won't use Mr. Reed business. This business deserves a Big Fat ZERO!
