Hired Attorney 2013-2014Schulman is dishonest. As minor's counsel, he seeks to increase his personal financial benefit by causing controversy and increasing legal custody disputes. In my case, he fabricated motions before the court that not only were not in my children's best interest but were solely to inflate legal disputes and destroy the community assets for his personal financial benefit. Because he did not have standing to make motions to force asset sales, I was able to convince the court to reject his motions. In retaliation, he flipped his position to deny me custody, and then submitted fraudulent billings to inflate his revenue. He is a sleazy dishonest attorney that should be avoided by all parties and removed from the bar.
