    Matt worked us through a fairly complex estate planning process. Matt is a pleasure to work with and is a true professional. He is knowledgeable and informative. In one instance there was a particular issue that he had not previously addressed and was unfamiliar. Matt was transparent with us in that he did not know the answer. After researching the issue he promptly followed up with us. Most of all, he was extremely patient and took the time to clearly explain what are undoubtedly complex legal matters. We were pleased with the final product and would recommend Matt without reservation.

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
