Me. Braddock defended me and my co-workers in a Gender Discrimination case against our former employer. He consistently gave us support, information and much of his time long before we decided to go forward with any action, and he made it crystal clear that (especially because of the sensitive nature of the situation) there was no pressure for us to take any legal action at all until and unless we felt entirely at ease with it. He was excruciatingly thorough and diligent about getting the facts right while managing our emotions. I was in a severe car accident and while I was recovering all my bills and paperwork from the accident was stacking up. I tried to handle everything myself but I was having to deal with insurance companies, lean companies and the hospital all while trying not to cause too many problems with the friend who was responsible for the accident. It became way too stressful so I sought out help and was recommended to Josh. I immediately felt so relieved after my initial meeting with Josh because he was incredibly personable, compassionate and empathetic. When telling him my story and showing him the enormous stack of paperwork that has stacked up over almost two years he assured me that he was going to take care of everything, take my best interest to heart and open a line of communication so that I would know what was happening throughout the process. This particular accident was a little bit of a sensitive situation and it could not have been handled with more grace, respect and empathy. Im sure there are a lot of knowledgeable lawyers but what really sets Josh apart from the rest is how sincere and genuine he is.
