Peter Blair was able to help me when I had been to other lawyers that couldn’t get the same results. Peter was quick to answer the many questions I had and made the entire process run smooth.

Highly recommend using Peter Blair. A true professional and very customer centric. Was great at explaining in layman's terms the legal technicalities and made my interaction with the courts as seamless as possible.

Mr. Blair is the Bomb! He got my assault charge dropped, then in court he wiped the court room with them, it was beautiful, poetry in motion, and he got them hit with a 2 year restraining order! So don't waste your time sizing up lawyers, he's the best! Time worrying is time wasted, let him do that for you! You wont regret it! Steve S.

I found Peter Blair online when I was falsely accused in a DVRO case. From our very first conversation, he explained that the allegations were severe enough to potentially lead to criminal charges if not handled correctly. Initially he focused on preventing the prosecutor from filing any charges, emphasizing that there was no basis for the allegations. I highly recommend Peter Blair for anyone facing a DVRO case or any legal matter requiring swift and decisive action. Due to visa concerns and only a 60-day deadline to resolve my case, Peter and his team acted with urgency, ensuring the case was dismissed before the deadline. The evidentiary hearing was handled with remarkable skill; he finished it in just one day, demonstrating a sharp ability to make quick, strategic decisions that shifted the case in our favour. The cross-examination was impressive—he exposed the lies of the petitioner with precision, unraveling the false narrative that had been built against me. Peter Blair's courtroom expertise, and focus on achieving the best possible outcome are commendable. Thanks to him and his team, a highly stressful and challenging situation was resolved quickly and successfully.I highly recommend Peter and his team if facing similar challenges.

To Whom it may concern, I Brian Michael Stankowitz with the USN NAVY; on June 12th 2024 had a DUI case with Joe Seipel, who works with Blair Defense. I had a lot of issues going to the court case and Joe Seipel was like you don't even need to be there! I was like whoa. He asked me to compile a bunch of documentation and some contact information, etc.... Character Witness type stuff. I had difficulties getting in-touch with them due to my situation but they constantly worked with me. The front desk was a big help! And they always answer the phone. Joe walked me through what information he needed for the case and informed me of what was to come. After a few months we had a re-case and the case was dismissed/terminated. I can not state how amazing Joe Seipel is. The man is a legend and has my A+++++ confidence. If I ever get in anymore trouble these are the guys I'm calling. So worth every penny! Very Respectfully, Brian Michael Stankowitz

Highly recommend Peter Blair. Peter was an excellent lawyer, he communicated everything as clear as possible and kept me calm throughout my legal process. I am an active duty military member, whose was brutally beaten and stabbed, and later attacked by police for "resisting arrest". I thought my life was over after, I was being wrongfully charged with crimes i didn't commit. My character was completely destroyed publicly by false News articles. Peter fought for my innocents and was able to get my case dismissed.

I was in an ugly family legal battle that resulted in the opposing party filing a petition on me for contempt in court. With just a few days of notice before the hearing, I found Joe Seipel..This man did not waste a minute. He got to work right away, provided sound advice, and constantly kept me informed …he was very personable. His dedication was outstanding…We ended up winning the case and even after the case was over, he continued to provide me with assistance…Joe Seipel is a must when searching for a criminal lawyer.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
