Hired Law firm 2024Ralph Santoro failed to uphold his special responsibility for quality of justice for his client, Ralph was negligent and did not have competence to properly advocate for me. If he did not have the proper knowledge and skill, he should have let me know and I would have attained another attorney. Ralph Santoro never questioned the opposing party. Ralph Santoro did not strongly advocate me and was unprepared for the trial. Due to Ralph’s negligence, I could have been subject to sanctions. For review I give him zero: Unsatisfactory. I should not hire this attorney! I do not trust him! When it comes to child custody or Divorce, this is NOT the attorney I want. I do not recommend this attorney or his firm. Ralph Santoro is just a big talker but not effective action in Court Hearing. I spent so much to his services he did nothing but frustration, disappointment, dissatisfaction, misleading, misrepresentation, intimidation and manipulated us with extorting and false advertised and bad practice businesses who paid him for his lousy job and all red flag with his mickey mouse job to my case. Ralph Santoro has shown aggressiveness, dismissiveness, and disrespect. Due to ambiguity and the lack of invoices for a missing amount, the questionable validity of the charges with that fraud/mistakes. Ralph Santoro firm is unscrupulous, and preys ripped off. Hiring Ralph Santoro Goldberg firm was the biggest and most costly mistake I have ever made. Lack of preparation, lack of communication the only good for Ralph Santoro to contact us to ask for more money than he never worked for! I hired another lawyer in the middle of my custody battle for my children and Divorce and fixed all the sloppy job that Ralph Santoro has done in my case. I am a victim of this lawfirm false advertisement and bad business practice!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
