Hired Law firm 2024-2025I got a referral to Hiden, Rott & Oertle from my union for a work comp case and it was one of my luckiest days ever. Attorney, Brian Dougherty represented me and was stellar throughout. His communication is beyond amazing. I could text him directly and he would respond within an hour if not right away. If we needed to talk, he always made time for it. His assistant is also on top of everything and responds to questions and requests very promptly. Work comp is a labyrinth of laws and without good guidance, you can be lost for a long time. I can say that Mr. Dougherty and Hiden, Rott & Oertle got me the best medical care, a great surgeon and a fair settlement.
