Amy C. Hirsh is an experienced attorney who represents and counsels employers in all aspects of employment law, including single plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases, and wage and hour class actions. With a background in management, Ms. Hirsh brings a practical business-oriented view to the table in her practice. Ms. Hirsh advises employers regarding employment policies and procedures, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, harassment investigations, employee discipline and discharges, employee classification and pay practices, litigation avoidance, and administrative proceedings. Additionally, Ms. Hirsh negotiates separation agreements and other employment-related contracts and conducts internal harassment investigations.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Hirsh currently serves in an elected capacity as Trustee of the Benicia Unified School District Governing Board. She is active in her community, including volunteering in schools and with her local soccer organization. Ms. Hirsh enjoys being outdoors with her family, exploring all that the Bay Area and beyond has to offer.
