Unfortunately I ended up with a huge amount of debt (six figures). The most debt I’ve ever had and I had numerous collection agencies after me. I finally accepted that I had to consider filing for bankruptcy. I googled bankruptcy lawyers in San Francisco and John Raymond was the first option from the search. I gave him some details and scheduled an appointment. During my consultation with Allan he determined that I could file for Chapter 13 with the possibility to review for Chapter 7 in a year or two. Allan was very thorough and patient with me. As I found added info to include in my filing, Allan updated it accordingly. When my filing neared, John Raymond contacted me to answer any questions the Zoom meeting for the Chapter 13 filing. John and Allan made everything was in order and my Chapter 13 filing went thru without a hitch and approved. My monthly payments for the next five years was greatly reduced and manageable for my budget. I cannot express my gratitude for John and Allan’s work and helping thru this difficult time of my life.
