Our firm's senior partner, Robert Sheppard, is a widely respected private Mediator and a member of the select Bay Area Real Estate Neutrals Mediation Society, and he served as a "pro-tem" judge throughout the 1990's, presiding over 500 trials and settlement conferences. He has also helped settle, as a Mediator, several dozen complex and contentious "high six-figure" lawsuits.
