Overview
Ms. Radist joined Bley and Bley in 2018 after practicing at a boutique family law firm in Chicago, Illinois, where she successfully represented clients in all areas of family law. Ms. Radist is a Certified Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and she has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2018 (Illinois), and 2019 - 2023 (Northern California). Ms. Radist is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Illinois.
Ms. Radist has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 2013 with consistent success representing clients in complex and contested financial & custodial matters. Ms. Radist has dedicated her practice to protecting her clients' interests and helping clients find viable solutions to their individual family situation. Ms. Radist represents clients in all areas of family law, with specific expertise regarding dissolution of marriage proceedings involving child custody, visitation, support, property division, reimbursement claims, complex divorce-related financial issues (often arising in high asset dissolution matters) and post-judgment issues.
Ms. Radist graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor, as well as a Certificate in Family Law, at DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul, Ms. Radist was a recipient of a family law fellowship from the Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP Family Law Center. Ms. Radist was awarded a CALI Award for Future Excellence for her dedicated work in DePaul's Family Legal Clinic and E-Discovery course.
