Hired Attorney 2022-2023I have used Lubna and her team on a few occasions related to training and termination contracts, including NDAs, when it was deemed I needed to either accept or dispute the terms. I found the advice sound and invaluable. So, when it became clear a family member may need a lawyer to keep their home which had been gifted to them 40 years prior from the claws of another family member, she immediately came to mind.
