Verified ClientHired Attorney 2010In 2009 I was coming home from work from Glendale to Costa Mesa, Ca & it was about 9.30pm when I struck a mini van from behind standing in the dark with know flares or blinker & the owner took this car from his home to fill the tank with gas knowing that the mini van was not mechanically safe to drive. Brian was my lawyer on a bicycle accident case that I was involved in where I was struck by a vehicle on my Saturday morning bike ride. At first, I tried to handle the case myself and secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. The accident was clearly 100% the driver's fault, I thought I could handle it all so I would not have to pay a lawyer. After nearly a year of getting the run around and unreasonably low offers to settle from the insurance company, I reached out to The Ellis Firm at the time. Brian took on my case from where I had gotten pretty much no where and straightened it all out.
