"My wife and I are in our early 70ies and felt it was high time to get our personal affairs in order and arrange for an Estate Plan, i.e. a Living Trust, Will, Health Care Directive and so on. Not having had the need for an Attorney in the past we started Cold Turkey. After a number of phone interviews and a few personal consultation visits we were less than thrilled. We felt what was presented to us was mostly a cookie-cutter approach and get it done and over with quickly. In one of our internet searches we came across a link headline for The Probate House. We did not bother to follow the link thinking our aim was to avoid probate in the first place, so no need to dig deeper. After taking a break we decided to call Law Firms we had on our list but for one or another reason we had not contacted them jet. As faith has it, The Probate House was first on the list and after a short phone call and a friendly invitation for a personal consultation we met with Sibylle Grebe the firms Principal. Sibylle took a genuine interest in our story (everyone has a story at that age) and shared some of her own life experiences with us. She gave us valuable advise and encouraged us to take our time to sort things out. Over the course of several months we made some changes, asked many questions and at no time we felt hurried or being pushed to make up our minds. Over the entire time communication with Sibylle and her staff, especially Cindy Kelso her Paralegal was excellent, prompt and cordial. “THANK YOU” Sibylle and Staff for your service and putting our minds at ease knowing we have a Good Plan in place.
