This abrupt escalation in costs without transparent reasoning reflects dishonest and exploitative practices. The firm demonstrated a pervasive pattern of neglect and incompetence in advocating for a client's interests. Critical aspects of the case, such as the equitable division of community debt, were mishandled, resulting in unnecessary delays and financial burdens. Internal disorganization within the firm further exacerbated a client's challenges. Miscommunications and a lack of coordination among attorneys overseeing the case led to a disjointed legal strategy, undermining efforts to achieve a timely and satisfactory resolution.
