Stan and his team were an immense help in settling my personal injury lawsuit! My car was nearly totaled and the accident re-aggravated past injuries in my neck and back. The insurance company wanted to offer me less than $2,000 for the pain and I knew that was not right. Stan and his team worked diligently to get me the settlement I rightfully deserved and I could not be happier with them! 5 stars!

This is a review that would be difficult for some to understand if you have not been in the same situation as I have. On the site of my accident, I was in the worse position mentally, physically that I have ever been in. When being in that state of mind is one that I would not wish for anyone to be in, dealing with that in conjunction withthe approach of attorneys (3) was horrifying. It was obvious that they had one specific need which was themselves I have contacted the Freeman and Freemans office and spoke with Brett, she had no concern with retaining my service as her concern was my well-being. That has led to speaking with the attorney, The attorney did not discuss any aspect of retainment and focused on my health. He made that the priority. From that I retained his services, the experience was one that was new and most of all was not something that would be anticipated from a law firm. Brett was Amazon, she called me weekly, Soley to make sure that I was doing okay and to make sure I was getting better. But the first call I received from her was great but 2 days later I received a call from Stan Freeman Soley to see how I was doing. I have not once had to contact the attorney's office, 1. They provide consistent service 2. Honesty, that was the aspect of the service that I would be able to identify if it was non genuine and this was the most genuine experience ever. 3. It was never about them, its was about me and my health. As an attorney that does not get paid anything until the case is over and be genuinely concerned over my health made me feel that they really cared about my wellbeing. There is not a single aspect of this firm that would make me consider utilizing another attorney. I am not one that writes reviews, but this is one that I feel I was obligated too. UI have been a person that would leave a review when I had a bad experience, but not when I had a good experience. I'm confident that most individuals leave negative reviews when they had a bad experience but never would leave a positive review if the experience was positive. With the number of reviews on this site all being positive tells me that only the few people that leaves reviews when an experience has been excellent are few to none. All I can say is that if you want to be able to have someone that's on your side and comftorble to discuss anything with than this is the place to go too. In addition, if you want results with a outcome that makes you happy than do not hesitate to call Stan Freeman. Stan Freeman and Brett, Thank you for everything.

I have nothing but good things to say about Freeman & Freeman, Llp. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Stan, Brett, and Vangie answered all my questions quickly and eased my anxiety throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the results from working with the law firm and recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
