Hired Attorney 2022-2023Welcome to your local Atty. this attorney by the name of Gregory. Glukhovsky is a very shady attorney that has no responsibility for his actions. He’s very shady once again like I said before he will make your case go on the negative at the end, you will find out for yourself, Luke can fool you sometimes as you understand you go there. He will smile to you eight months later you’ll start calling him and asking on an update he will keep telling you I don’t have any answers. I don’t have any answers. I don’t have any answers at the end you will be exhausted And he may throw your files in the LA river as far as I know he has a misconduct investigation as of right now with the state of California be careful there are 260,000 attorneys in California.

Hired Attorney 2018-2024If I can put down no star most likely would he had three of my cases sitting on his desk for more than a year I kept calling and he kept telling me to wait he’ll get back with me until December 2023. He told me he doesn’t wanna represent me. That is so bad, such a bad business where he won’t take any responsibility it is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in a judicial business. The office is upside down. Looks like a chicken ranch files all over the office sometimes even on the floor I would never recommend anybody there.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
