Woodland Estate Planning Law Firm
Overview
With a motto of "Caring for our clients, protecting their assets", Sonin Law aims to serve our clients in a way that reflects what is important to them. For us, estate planning involves crafting a plan unique to you, one which incorporates your hopes and dreams for your family's future and addresses your concerns and fears. We're comfortable planning for traditional and non-traditional families.
We focus on one thing only - planning and administering your estate. That laser focus ensures that we are always up to the minute on changes in the probate code, tax law, and regulations governing Social Security, veterans' benefits, and Medi-Cal.
We have convenient offices in Woodland and Fairfield, California to serve you. We also offer Zoom meetings and have some evening appointments for our clients' convenience.
With extensive training and experience in special needs and elder law, we are also well qualified to help you plan for your loved one with a disability or to put together an irrevocable trust to preserve assets while obtaining help with potential long-term care.
We would be honored to help you with any of your estate planning needs or the administration of your loved one's estate after their incapacity or death, including:
• Estate planning
• Special needs trusts
• Medi-Cal and VA trusts
• Probate and trust administration
• Conservatorships
We are pleased to hold meetings in Spanish when that is necessary or desirable.
