I don't even know where to begin in my review of Jennifer Watkins representation. Perhaps I should start with the result I got. I was charged with two serious misdemeanors and a felony. You read that correctly: a FELONY. I ultimately plead guilty to a MUCH reduced misdemeanor that resulted in a mere 24 hours community service and probation. I could be in prison. When I finally recovered from the shock of what I had experienced and the charges that were leveled on me, I very lucidly realized I needed a lawyer. And I needed a very good one. I started digging on the internet, and I spoke with several in my area. The only one that seemed to be the total package was Jennifer Watkins. She was kind, understanding, professional yet warm, empathetic, and most amazingly, she was razor sharp. It seemed like she knew what I was going to say before i opened my mouth to say it. She knew what I was worried about, she knew what I needed to hear in order for me to soldier on and take care of the parts of this ordeal that I needed to handle. I was involved in a minor accident while driving under influence of alcohol. I was charged with three cases DUI, DUI per se and reckless driving originally. I approached Ms. Jennifer as my brother referred her. She listened to all the story and answered all my questions. Through out the whole period, she replied to all my emails and phone calls promptly. She is very much available and had lot of patience to answer all sorts of my questions. By following her instructions, we were able to win the DMV hearing which is our first win. Due to which I am able to drive the car with out any restrictions . I requested her to postpone my court hearings multiple times due to personal reasons and she helped me in all instances. She is very much supportive and understanding. Finally, She helped me dismiss all those cases and reduced it to the lowest possible charge which is DWAI. Also, helped me get the minimum possible probation period. She knows the boulder justice system very well. Overall, I am very much happy to have her as my attorney and I would recommend her strongly. She is very kind, helpful and an excellent human being.
