Unprofessional is the only words to describe my interaction here. Called in about a potential medical malpractice lawsuit, the office secretary asked extremely invasive and HIPAA violating questions in order to transfer my call to a consultant. Was on hold 20 mins, they said they would call back, but never did. Was an easy slam dunk case with video evidence too. I would entrust my legal counsel elsewhere if I were you reading this.
