The Bussey Law Firm, PC, is dedicated to helping individuals get the financial recovery they deserve after they have been injured due to the negligence of others. From our office in Colorado Springs, we deliver high-quality personal injury representation throughout Colorado.
Our principal attorney, Timothy Bussey, has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, and he has spent a great deal of that time in courtrooms and conducting thorough investigations. His ability to meticulously investigate the circumstances surrounding each client's case allows him to create proactive legal strategies designed to put each client in the best possible position for success. His comfort and familiarity in the courtroom gives him the ability to think quickly on his feet, which is a valuable skill if your case goes to trial.
The personal injury clients we typically serve include individuals who were injured in motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Our first objective is to ensure that our clients are getting the medical treatment they need. Our goal is to settle cases as efficiently as possible while still ensuring our clients receive the financial compensation they need to recover fully from their injuries, but this is not always possible. As part of the personalized services we offer to each client, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of taking your case to trial.
