Hired Law firm 2015-2018I cannot be more pleased with my experience with Bob Allman and David Fawley, and would highly recommend consulting with them before choosing an attorney or Law group for your legal needs. I had an unusual case that had merit, but knew it would take some effort to bring that merit to light. I contacted many other law firms, including those that advertise heavily, and few wanted to take the case due to its complexity. Bob and David also saw the merits of my case, but unlike the other firms I had contacted, they were genuinely willing to put in the time, effort and legwork my case would need. Ultimately the case went to trial and we received a favorable outcome. I was very impressed with not only their knowledge of the law and legal proceedings, but their efforts to prepare for the trial were simply amazing. Prior to and during the trial, we had an opportunity(s) to settle. While they would give me their professional opinion, they ALWAYS let me, the client, make the final decision of how to proceed in those instances. This was not an easy case, and was a multi year commitment. Bob and David never lost their dedication or resolve, to which I am grateful. I highly recommend their services.

- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
