I was in a relationship with an abusive alcoholic and I was also on probation for a dwai at the time, but already a year through it and almost done. I went out with him when my grandma passed and had some drinks, even though I knew I shouldn't have, being in mourning I took it a bit too far and ended up being driven home by my now ex throwing up in the passenger seat. Angry that I was throwing up he pulled the truck off to the side but missed the car in the blind spot crashing into it. Police were called and I was arrested for a DUI (even though I was not driving), no insurance on the vehicle (which wasn't mine), and damage to private property (the car he smashed). Turns my now ex had told the police I was driving and had gotten some adolescence in the park to say the same by means of bribery. I was facing a revocation for the dwai and a second DUI in a different county. I searched for a lawyer but no one would touch it telling me to spend the jail time and count my losses until had a consult with Nick I told him everything and he told me he could help in a hopeless situation he gave me hope. I hired him on the spot and he and his team immediately began to work with me helping me to help them do their job to prove my innocence. Of course I broke up with the guy responsible & figured I would just fight this battle with my lawyer but unfortunately it did not stop there. They helped me through the revocation hearing, dealing with my probation officer and eventually even got me off probation early. When I couldn't get anywhere on my end they reached out for me and they kept me in the loop on everything. Nick never missed one court date for that second DUI he never had a fill in or was never out of reach. He fought for me making sure to paint a clear picture of what was going on from the threats, stalking, and harrassment from the actual driver. He felt my frustration, outrage, concerns, and worries on the whole thing. He gave me a voice when I thought I had none and would just have to roll over and except this fate. He and his team reached out to me on a regular basis and even made sure I was able to give my daughter a good christmas. On the days when I felt like I couldn't fight anymore and just wanted to give up they listened to me cry and freak out they helped me through it gave me encouragement to keep going and to keep fighting. When I thought I couldn't take one more step they took me by the hand and showed me they were walking with me the whole time. When things didnt look good they got angry for me and with me they dug in and they fought AND THEY WON!!!! When I thought I had no one in my corner they were their to remind me that they truly cared I wasn't just a pay check I was a person and they honestly cared about me. They understood what was on the line and cared about what happened to me. They treated me like family & they saved my life and kept me going when I didnt thing it was possible. They are amazing & if you dont hire Nick & his team to fight for you your a damn fool! No one will be more dedicated or committed then Nick and his team. I came to love them because they took a chance on me when the odds were stacked overwhelmingly against them they fought and they WON. Let them fight for you don't become another statistic because your lawyer doesnt care enough to invest in you the way you invest in them. I recommend Nick & his team to everyone!
