He provided no service or feedback - we paid him $200 and he spent less than 40 minutes of the full hour on the phone repeating he’d send a letter but never once mentioned it would cost us $600+ ($600 was the base plus his hourly fee) and he never gave us any advice on how to fix our situation, what our rights were or anything.
