Dustin Bergman - Denver, CO

Dustin was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Georgia Institute of Technology ("Georgia Tech") as an undergraduate where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his time at Georgia Tech, Dustin worked as a machinist in the Mechanical Engineering Prototype Machine Shop, was president of both his fraternity and the Ramblin' Reck Club (an organization dedicated to maintaining the traditions of Georgia Tech), and was actively involved in the school's outdoor program.

Before starting law school, Dustin worked for his uncle's logging company in northern Minnesota, hiked 1000 miles of the Appalachian Trail and worked for a concrete framing company in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dustin received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law. While on scholarship, Dustin regularly volunteered his time coaching an elementary school Lego Robotics team and became a national moot court champion.

After law school, Dustin and his wife moved to Denver, Colorado in 2009 where they both began practicing law. Dustin opened a personal injury law firm with Adam Balach in 2012. In 2013, Bergman & Balach joined the law firm of Taussig & Taussig, P.C.

As a shareholder of Taussig & Taussig, P.C., Dustin continues to represent personal injury victims with a focus on representing active people. Dustin's hobbies include trail running, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, skiing and whitewater kayaking.

Dustin is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
