Meghan has been dedicated to representing domestic relations and estate planning clients even before she obtained her law degree. While in law school, Meghan gained experience during her clerkships at local estate planning and family law firms. Meghan utilizes her many skills to assist families and is a collaboratively trained attorney whose practice is focused on finding practical, solution-oriented outcomes. Meghan is a skilled litigator in the event that settlement is unsuccessful.
In addition to successfully representing clients with traditional dissolution of marriage and post-decree representation, Meghan is experienced in assisting client’s with mediation and mediation/arbitration, parenting coordination/decision-making, drafting marital and premarital agreements, cohabitation agreements, and estate planning.
As a child of divorce, Meghan brings a unique perspective to family law cases. She has firsthand experience with many family law issues and understands the importance of remaining child-focused and resolving matters outside of the courtroom when possible. Meghan’s insight and compassion assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes.
Meghan is a true Midwesterner, born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. While she has had the opportunity to live in seven states across the country, Colorado is by far Meghan’s favorite. Meghan enjoys adventuring with her Australian Shepherd and skiing as often as possible. During her undergraduate studies, Meghan graduated summa cum laude with a major in philosophy and was a proud member of the Huskies’ varsity swim team.
