In his career, Phil has tried many high-profile cases to juries, including homicide, embezzlement, securities fraud, and violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act (COCCA), to name a few. Prior to forming Geigle | Morales, LLC, Phil served as a senior deputy district attorney at the Denver District Attorney’s Office in specialty assignments with the Family Violence and the Economic Crime Units.
