Verified ClientHired Attorney 2012I went to trial with Roger Castle as my attorney in a complicated matter involving multiple parties mutually involved in an auto accident: each suing, countersuing or defending against suit by the other parties. Mr. Castle was thorough and relentless in his research of legal precedent and preparation of his client (me) for testimony and he was nothing short of splendid in his opening and closing statements to the Jury and in cross examination of other witnesses. His communication with me in the many months leading up to the trial was always factual, realistic and balanced. He respected my desires about settlement. Through it all, he never wavered on matters of ethics nor hedged his or my own dignity in this matter through courtroom theatrics or by promising an outcome.
