Rosemary Rizk is a passionate family law attorney who enjoys the courtroom environment and helping families get through the difficult divorce process.
Her experience in a fellowship for the 18th Judicial District in Colorado helped Ms. Rizk understand what a judge expects and how a judge handles particular cases. Observing both the attorneys and the judges in action enabled her to hone her courtroom technique.
Ms. Rizk said she wants to ensure her clients take an integral role in the case so they aren’t just bystanders who are uninformed about what is taking place.
"Part of my job is to educate you concerning the process and understand the theories behind the chaos," she said. "I really try to explain to them the law so they understand why this is the way it is."
