Scot Kreider is an Associate Attorney at Bachus & Schanker, LLC, specializing in auto accident claims, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad-faith. Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, Scot was an associate for eight years at a well-regarded insurance defense firm in the Denver area, where he honed his skills defending insurance companies in bad-faith litigation. Scot is excited to bring that experience to the representation of victims who have been injured in an accident or by their insurance company.

A Lakewood, Colorado native, Scot graduated from the University of Denver prior to attending law school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While at Drake, he was a member of the Drake Law Review and active in interscholastic moot court competitions. He received his juris doctorate with honors from Drake in 2003. He is licensed to practice in Colorado state courts, the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

When not practicing law, Scot enjoys taking long walks with his wife Chandra and son Milo.
