Hired Law firm 2016-For legal reasons, I will prefiss that the follow is a personal opinion. That being said... Jessica Hoff stole $1700 from me in 2016!! I had deposited $1700 to get started with bankruptcy, when I called to follow up, she hung up on me and never returned my calls. Who steals money from a client and doesn't call them back? JESSICA HOFF She's lucky I was severely depressed at the time, and did call the police on her. I wish I had her arrested! Avoid this scammer at all costs!!!

Hired Law firm 2017-2020This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to Ms Hoff because I was in need of financial advice. We met within a week an initially speaking on the phone. She was it was best that I file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I paid her that same day. After she received my money, the customer service stopped. Three times we were scheduled to meet again, and she canceled 30 minutes beforehand. I would send her 5 to 6 emails before she would respond. She had scheduled phone calls, and I would get, "Ms. Hoff will have to call you back later" from her assistants. I NEVER received a phone call back.She would talk about other clients and her frustrations with them at our meetings. She even had me call her clients pretending to be her "assistant," so she could cancel meetings. I started this process in December of 2017. As of today (March 2020), she still has not filed my case. I finally decided to take the losses and cut the relationship. I went to Ms. Hoff to help with my credit. It is MUCH worse now than it was before our relationship. STAY AWAY!
