Hired Attorney 2020-2021Erik did a phenomenal job handling my case with great care and professionalism. He is, without question, the man for the job and the only person I would ever want in my corner. His entire staff was easy to communicate with and always on top of every detail. Thanks, Erik!

Hired Attorney 2018-2019I hired Erik Fischer on a first time DWAI charge. He promised he could make it go away, or at the very least have the charges reduced. In reality, he negotiated a guilty plea with the ADA without my knowledge or my consent. He never showed up for the court date; instead, he sent an associate who was just as shocked as I that there had been no prior communication with me. Additionally, he told me he could have my record expunged, which is simply not possible in Colorado. This man is a poor excuse for an attorney. Stay away.
