From the very first phone call they were attentive and understanding listening to everything I had to tell them. They agreed to take my case, and I was assigned to Karl Hager and Karl was nothing short of amazing. He took my case head on and made sure the every detail of everything ran smoothly for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything and was able to fully focus on my recovery and adjusting to being a mom of 3 with a badly broken ankle.
