Attorney Information
Overview
Bill is a trial lawyer who helps people resolve financial and legal problems caused by injuries, nursing home neglect, and wrongful death. At the center of each of these cases is a person with unique needs. His clients are parents, spouses, and children of people who have been killed. Some have permanent mental or physical disabilities. Many miss substantial time from work or have large medical bills.
Bill has been representing injured people since he began practicing law in 2005. Through countless cases, he has developed courtroom expertise and experience that enable him to obtain just results for victims of negligence. In cases he has personally handled, Bill has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. He has successfully obtained recoveries for individuals killed or injured in car vs. bicycle collisions, truck crashes, and those injured by dangerous property conditions.
Bill enjoys the personal relationship that develops when working closely with a client to achieve the best outcome under the specific circumstances of the situation. No two people are the same. No two cases are the same. Each client deserves individual attention and a case plan tailored to the client’s needs and desires.
Bill is an avid cyclist. He has competed in road cycling races and mountain bike races in the past, but these days he rides for fun, transportation and well-being. He often commutes several miles to work by bike, which keeps him intimately familiar with the conditions faced by cyclists who ride near motorists. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and snowsports. When he has a chance to get away, it’s usually to get outdoors with his wife and their two daughters. He also volunteers helping Overland Mountain Bike Association build and rehab trails in Northern Colorado.
Bill earned his law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Bill is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Wyoming Bar Association, Larimer County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. He is a member of the 2018 class of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) program, whose mission is to “enhance, promote and inspire the leadership of the legal profession.”
