Losing a parent isn’t an easy thing. Losing both parents in two years has been overwhelming. I had never actually hired an attorney before and it was my last resort, as my parent’s estates were in jeopardy of being misappropriated by other parties. From the moment I contacted Pearman Law, every fear I had of working with a lawyer, based on common stereotypes were immediately put to rest. The support staff at Pearman are completely affable and understanding, and my attorney Matt made me feel at ease with his approach and communication. More than that, as I was not at my emotional best, he let me know I wasn’t on an island and that Pearman Law would look out for me and my family. He is a truly genuine person and believes in his work with an unquestionable sense of what is equitable, and the right thing to do. And lastly he was a friend when I needed one. In regard to the entire process, every detail of what would happen was clearly explained. The process of settling an estate is not a rigid thing and Matt was able to immediately adjust to every dynamic that presented itself. He also understood that I don’t have a lot of money and both he and Adam Pearman were able to make it work so I could get them paid without feeling guilty for any delays as we encountered new challenges in the case. Matt made sure that the final distribution of the estate was fair and made the other parties accountable for their dishonesty, and their misuse of my mother’s estate prior to me hiring him. He is now performing the same exemplary work on my father’s estate which is presenting its own hurdles to a lesser degree. In short, Pearman Law is the pinnacle of excellent customer service for not only the legal profession but any organization I have ever had business with. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
