Cooper, Supreme Court, New York County, matrimonial part, Heather practiced at a boutique matrimonial and family law firm in New York City. She is fluent in conversational Spanish and is a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association. Heather lives in Westchester County with her three daughters and beloved dog.
