Overview

Prior to co-founding the firm, Lisa Dailey spent nearly a decade handling all stages of significant complex commercial construction litigation.

Lisa has extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, public and private owners, and sureties involving delay and acceleration claims, contractor defaults and termination, unanticipated and differing site conditions, owner interference, defective work, Payment and Performance Bond claims, and claims under Pennsylvania’s Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act and Prompt Payment Act, among other things. She also has extensive experience with contract drafting and representing owners in the public bid process.

Lisa is very active in the local community, volunteering time at her sons’ schools, as a board member of the local youth wrestling club, and at the local Little League.
